A co-founder of Cowan Bolduc Doherty, Jerry Bolduc has been helping businesses and their owners achieve their financial goals for over 25 years.  He has extensive experience in the financial services area, and his clients include companies in the manufacturing, distribution, automotive, professional services, construction, and not-for-profit industries.

Jerry is well-versed in Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS), federal and state income tax, and succession and business planning alternatives.  His areas of specialization include strategic planning and goal setting, financial reporting systems, mergers and acquisitions, business and strategic tax planning, family and management succession plans, and debt financing alternatives. Jerry is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants, and received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Merrimack College.  He is a member of the Business Advisory Board, Girard School of Business & International Commerce, Merrimack College.

Jerry lives in North Andover with his wife Nanci and three children, Joshua, Matthew, and Jessica.  He enjoys boating, being with his family, and spending the summer at his house in Maine.  Jerry is also a hockey enthusiast, and, in addition to playing when he can, was the Vice President of North Andover Youth Hockey.
